Lead Front Office Coordinator

OTHRFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real content. No job title heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's not required but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description; maybe we can include as a section? The instruction: Use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role (maybe summarizing general summary). Responsibilities: list duties. Requirements: maybe Education/Experience, Knowledge. Qualifications maybe similar. Skills: list skills. Benefits: list benefits. Pay: not specified (only "Competitive salary and benefits package." No specific pay amount, so we should NOT create Pay section because it's not specific. Schedule: they gave "Full-Time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends, No On-Call), Hours may vary". That's schedule info, so we can include Schedule section.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to ensure each section has substantive content.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can organize into sections.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no h3 for Lead Office Coordinator.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's parse content:

About Us: Surgery Partners is a leading operator of surgical facilities and ancillary services with more than 200 locations in 33 states. We provide exceptional integrated healthcare experiences between our providers and patients.
EEO boilerplate etc to remove.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe using GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES). Responsibilities (Essential Functions). Requirements (Education/Experience, Knowledge). Qualifications maybe combine with Requirements? Could separate Qualifications as maybe Education/Experience? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications; we could put Education/Experience under Requirements, Knowledge under Qualifications? Or we could combine. The instruction: Use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include those that have content.
We have content for About the role (general summary). Responsibilities (essential functions). Requirements (Education/Experience). Qualifications (Knowledge). Skills (skills). Benefits (benefits). Schedule (status). Pay: not specific, so omit.
We also have Abilities; could be part of Skills or Requirements? Might be considered Skills. But we already have Skills section; we could incorporate Abilities into Skills or maybe create a separate section? The instruction only gave examples; we can add other headings if needed but better to stick to those. Abilities could be merged into Skills.
We also have "About Us" company description; could be part of About the role? Might be separate but not in list. Could omit as not required? The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep About Us info. Where to put? Could create a section "About the Company" but not in list. However we could put it under About the role? Might be okay to add a section "About the Company" using h3? The instruction says use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says "Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies those are examples; we could still use other headings but better to follow examples. However we need to preserve About Us info; we could incorporate it into About the role section as a paragraph.
Thus About the role section will contain the general summary plus the About Us description.
Now we need to output HTML:
for section headings (e.g.
Now we need to output HTML: About the role
then
...
maybe multiple paragraphs. Responsibilities:Responsibilities
then- ... each essential function.
Requirements:
Requirements
then- Education/Experience items.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
then- Knowledge items.
Skills:
Skills
then- Skills items plus Abilities maybe.
Benefits:
Benefits
then- Benefits items.
Schedule:
Schedule
thenFull-Time, Monday to Friday (No Weekends, No On-Call), Hours may vary
We must not include Pay section. We need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "This description is intended to provide only basic guidelines..." etc. Remove that. Also remove "Equal Employment Opportunity & Work Force Diversity" etc. Also remove "#300" maybe a reference number; drop. Now let's craft content. About the role paragraph: combine GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES and About Us. General summary: "The Lead Front Office Coordinator will be an integral part of our Front Desk Team and will be valued as a key member of our organization. Oversee front office, coordinate patient services and scheduling. Cross-trained to be able to manage the front desk and assist the office team when needed. Responsible for assisting with all functions associated with front office. Must be an effective communicator who can express himself/herself on a daily basis in a professional manner both verbally and in writing as well as be a proactive professional who can identify problems and solve them in a timely manner. Works under the direct supervision of the center Administrator." About Us: "Surgery Partners is a leading operator of surgical facilities and ancillary services with more than 200 locations in 33 states. We provide exceptional integrated healthcare experiences between our providers and patients." We can combine into one paragraph or two. Now Responsibilities list: need to include each bullet from Essential Functions. Let's list them exactly as given: - Oversee and work side by side with the front office staff ensuring timely completion of deliverables are met. - Communication with the Surgeon’s Clinical Coordinator regarding scheduling efforts, booking requests, medical clearances and transportation when needed. - Scheduling surgeries - Complete all necessary paperwork for each procedure on the physicians’ schedule. - Pre-certify any procedures on the schedule that require pre-certification. - Must be capable of multi-tasking and working with a diverse patient population. - Review scheduled surgery times and patient confirmations - Oversee the flow of patient charts from inception to completion - Daily Op Notes submission - Pathology reports - Clinical staff signoff - Subpoena request - Accounts receivable (post payment and collections)-End of Day packets - Oversee and provide support for the Unbilled Report - Oversee/order office supplies. - Interview, hire, and train office staff. - Assist Administrator with: - Credentialing of MD’s and clinical staff - End of month reports - Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports for Accrediting bodies - Day to Day necessary tasks - Provide back-up support for the Front Office as needed. - Other duties as needed. We need to format as- items. For nested list under Assist Administrator, we could either flatten or keep nested
- . Probably fine to keep nested.
Now Requirements: Education/Experience items:

Now Qualifications: Knowledge items:

Skills list from Skills section:

- Skill in gathering and reporting claim information.
- Skill in solving utilization problems.
- Skill in written and verbal communication
- items. For nested list under Assist Administrator, we could either flatten or keep nested
- Benefits items.
Schedule:
- Skills items plus Abilities maybe.
Benefits:
