Lead Front Bar Receptionist

Responsibilities

  • Greets guests in a timely and friendly fashion and ensures guests are comfortable throughout their stay at FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
  • Aid in scheduling needs, cuts that need to be made throughout the day and assigning team breaks.
  • Train all new hire receptionists to ensure they are fully confident on greeting customers, client comfort while in the space, exceptional customer service, how to add enhancements, sell product and close out the service by rebooking.
  • Teach all new and existing front bar receptionists on opening/closing procedures including cleanliness standards and creating, updating and maintaining tasks lists.
  • Aid in inventory counts, ordering products, Amazon order, receiving in goods and making sure they are organized and stocked at all times.
  • Aid in holding the team accountable to hitting benchmarks on current programs and initiatives including service sales, product sale, membership goals and rebook. This may be done in weekend contests, checking scorecards, etc.
  • Maintain a high level of clientele email follow up to help understand, educate and retain clients for future visits.
  • Aid in holding the team accountable for maintaining iPad performance and create new ways to elevate the service itself.
  • Achieve all sales goals.
  • Aid in ensuring all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are being exceeded. This may require 1-3 minute coaching conversations.
  • Monitor professional and retail product inventory and supply usage.
  • If requested by the Manager, conduct product, retail and membership training to both front bar receptionists and estheticians.
  • Work with the Manager on implementing ongoing training in store and in the warehouse.
  • Coach team in providing complimentary drinks to clients, keep on brand with coffee cart and make sure all clients receive chocolate upon check out.
  • Work with the store manager to book one outsource event a month with neighboring businesses.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within staffing for growth, average ticket and rebooking.
  • Demonstrate high standards for customer service, image standards, and consistently execute FACE FOUNDRIÉ expectations.
  • Meet or exceed financial metrics including: service revenue, average ticket, guest count, guest retention, rebooking, retail revenue, retention/turnover and contribution goals.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of prior leadership experience preferred
  • Must work an average of 30 hours per week
  • Availability to work onsite events (Nights and weekends)

Preferred Requirements

  • 1-2 years of salon/spa experience
  • 1-2 years of leadership, customer service experience in the salon and spa or retail industry
