What You'll Do

Key responsibilities include: - Filling in for absent or busy teachers and ensuring continuity of care and education - Adapting lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of children across different age groups - Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that promotes socialization and growth - Providing guidance and support to children to help them develop essential skills - Utilizing classroom management skills to maintain order and efficiency - Developing strong relationships with children, parents, and other staff members

Requirements

Minimum requirements include: - Relevant certifications in CPR and First Aid. - An associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field. - Child Development Associate (CDA) credential. - Previous experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting.
