Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees and supervisors of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
Develop processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).
Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s).
Add additional duties as assigned.

Achieve a good working knowledge of DOT regulations.
Proficient in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software with emphasis on Microsoft Office.
Able to use a computer and other office related equipment.
Able to read, understand, interpret, input, and analyze data.

Associate’s degree or related work experience.
Previous supervisory and/or managerial experience.
Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.
Able to work in the United States.

Ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers.
Ability to manage and coordinate tasks within a team.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and Microsoft Office.
