We proudly serve clients across Nassau, Suffolk, Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Westchester. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Lead Technician to join our team and help us continue delivering top-quality service to our customers. What You’ll Do: Handle fire, water, and mold restoration tasks from start to finish Set up and monitor drying equipment (air movers, dehumidifiers, etc.) Perform demolition, debris removal, and site cleanup Take moisture readings and document progress Use mobile apps to track jobs, take photos, and maintain accurate logs Follow IICRC standards and safety procedures What We’re Looking For: 2+ years of experience in fire/water/mold restoration IICRC certifications (WRT, FSRT, ASD, etc.) strongly preferred Comfortable using restoration software like MICA, CompanyCam, or similar Tech-savvy and confident using mobile devices and apps Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in tight or challenging spaces Clean and valid driver’s license Willing to work occasional nights, weekends, or on-call shifts Must be able to travel to job sites throughout our full service area What We Offer: Starting at $25/hour and up based on experience Overtime and performance bonuses Company vehicle provided during work hours (for qualified drivers) Paid training and certification opportunities Supportive and team-oriented work environment with growth potential Apply Now: If you’re reliable, experienced, and ready to grow with a company that values quality work and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
