Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, service, and repair fire suppression systems, fire extinguishers, and fire alarm systems in marine and industrial environments
- Absorb and assist with system diagnostics and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
- Accurately document inspections, repairs, and installations to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Work collaboratively with senior technicians, subcontractors, and site managers
- Follow OSHA, MSHA, Coast Guard, and company safety protocols at all times
- Develop the skills necessary to eventually guide and support junior technicians or small crews
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand and power tools
- Ability to obtain a Federal TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
- Willingness to work alternative shifts and occasional weekends as project needs require
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying weather and industrial conditions
- Commitment to strict safety compliance
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Compensation & Benefits
- Financial Compensation: $20.00 – $22.00+ per hour (depending on experience)
- Overtime opportunities as project demands require

Full-Time: Monday–Friday

Work performed at marine facilities, industrial sites, and regional project locations.
Travel may be required depending on project scope.
