Job Duties And Responsibilities

Join our Retention Strategy team as a Principal Strategy Analyst focused on driving customer loyalty and lifetime value for the SLING and DISH Video Services portfolio. In this role, you’ll leverage advanced analytics, coordination of new data and insights, develop decision-driving financial models, and project manage through cross-functional collaboration to execute on strategies you develop. The daily objective will be to design and execute strategies that reduce churn, improve profitability, and elevate the customer experience.

Skills, Experience And Requirements

• Advanced in SQL, Tableau, and Excel for analytics and reporting

• Demonstrated expertise in financial modeling and forecasting for business decision-making

• Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into actionable insights

• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences

• Excellent project management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously
