Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent years of experience/ combined education or relevant years of experience in lieu of degree.
- 3+ years of EVM or Program Performance Management experience or other cost management tools, or anything else related.
- If selected, you will need to obtain a SECRET clearance, thus US Citizenship is required.

Lead Financial Analyst
- Provide the opportunity to lead a team of financial analysts responsible for Earned Value Management to ensure the program meets its financial commitments.
- Review and coordinate Monthly Electronic Variance Reports (EVAR) Summary Reports as well as review monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reports with Resource Analysts prior to archiving.
- Coordinate monthly diagnostics, including taking corrective action.
- Load and maintain budgets in EVM tool (Cobra) and claim performance Budget Cost of Work Performed (BCWP) monthly.
- Utilize the EVM system to measure cost and schedule performance, as well as, prepare variance reports on a monthly basis.
- Prepare presentations for upper management and customers on a weekly, monthly and bi-monthly basis (as required).
- Prepare yearly Comprehensive Estimate at Complete (CEACs).
- Be responsible for the initial development and quarterly maintenance of the directorate sales planning.
- Aid with proposals and preparation of Basis of Estimates (BOE's) for both labor and Non-Labor inputs.
Desired Skills
- Experience with SAP and COBRA.
- Previous experience working on defense contracts.
- Previous experience working projects with resource loaded Integrated Master Schedules.
- Prior knowledge of Fleet Ballistic Missile program.
- Prior contracts experience.
- Prior proposal preparation experience.
- Bachelors or Master's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5+ years of related professional experience.
- Currently active Secret clearance.
