Position Summary
Seeking a Lead Financial Analyst to join Credit One's Products Team. This is a hybrid financial analysis / data science position.
Summary Of Essential Job Functions
- Build and own detailed financial P&L models that evaluate the financial viability of new products and new business opportunities
- Present model output to peers, department leaders, and management
- Review and assess analytical reports prepared by others and make recommendations
- Utilize database tools to manage, manipulate and analyze large sets of financial information
- Perform ad-hoc analysis, primarily related to anomaly detection and investigation
- Review monthly performance trends and KPIs to identify and recommend product enhancements
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from across the bank
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field
- 6+ years relevant work experience in a similar role in a professional corporate environment
- Ability to use of at least one of the following: Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle, or SAS
- Advanced excel skills and the ability to build, understand, and follow complex financial models and P&Ls
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Willing to take ownership of your work product
- Able to partner with management to drive solutions
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team
- Detail oriented and analytically savvy
- Proficient presenting your work in PowerPoint
