About the Opportunity
The Lead Financial Analyst role is designed to support financial operations through detailed data analysis, reporting, and budget management. This position provides critical decision support to management by interpreting financial data, assisting with planning processes, and ensuring accurate budget reconciliation. The role facilitates collaboration across internal and external teams to drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an advanced technical resource, subject matter expert, and internal consultant for junior analysts across the corporate finance team
- Perform highly complex financial, cost accounting, and statistical data modeling using comprehensive internal clinical and operational datasets
- Auxiliary in the end-to-end preparation, strategic formulation, and long-range modeling of corporate financial planning and annual budgets
- Load, map, audit, and systematically reconcile final institutional budget data into relevant enterprise resource planning (ERP) and financial systems
- Communicate sophisticated financial narratives and collaborate productively with an array of internal leadership tiers and external clinical stakeholders
Requirements
- Educational and experience matrix: High School diploma equivalency paired with two (2) years of technical experience, OR an Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with one (1) year of experience, OR five (5) years of highly relevant corporate financial experience
- Minimum of three (3) years of direct, progressive experience working within an analytical corporate finance or accounting environment
- Foundational hands-on experience navigating the unique structural financial frameworks of the healthcare industry
- Advanced quantitative modeling, financial analysis, and corporate data interpretation skills
- Prior to preferred qualifications: Two (2) or more years of formal leadership, project management, or team supervisor experience
- Prior to preferred qualifications: Prior operational experience navigating large-scale hospital billing networks, nonprofit medical accounting standards, or healthcare reimbursement structures
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Target annual base salary framework: $87,463.20 to $121,918.37 USD
Final salary placement within this structured tier is calibrated dynamically based on full-time deployment, specific depth of healthcare finance tenure, technical system capabilities, and localized market benchmarks.
