Lead Field Service Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field service activities to ensure efficient and effective service delivery for building automation systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues on-site to minimize downtime and maximize system performance.
• Mentor and guide junior field service technicians to develop their technical skills and improve service quality.
