- Lead a crew performing window cleaning, screen cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and seasonal holiday lighting services
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Ensure work is completed safely and to company quality standards
- Communicate with customers on-site and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain vehicles, equipment, and jobsite organization
- Identify opportunities for additional services and earn commission on sales generated
- Assist with scheduling efficiency and daily crew productivity
- Help build and strengthen a positive team culture
- Training pay of $20-$22 per hour, depending on experience
- Transition to our performance-based compensation program after training
- Lead Technicians typically earn the equivalent of $25+ per hour through performance-based compensation

This is a full-time position. Hours will vary based on workload, weather conditions, and seasonality. As Sparkle Squad continues to grow, we expect increasingly consistent full-time hours and leadership opportunities.
