Lead Exterior Cleaning Technician

Our Charleston team is growing fast, and we need a proven leader to run crews in the field. The Role You'll lead a 2–3 person crew. You're responsible for the quality, safety, and customer experience on every job you run, and you'll help train the next generation of techs. What You'll Do Lead daily jobs: window cleaning, soft washing, pressure washing, gutters, and holiday lightingRun the job site: set up, assign tasks, check quality, and walk the property with the customer at the endTrain new techs and hold the team to our standardsOwn vehicle and equipment care, including pressure washers, pumps, and water-fed polesEnforce ladder, roof, and chemical safetyReport job status, issues, and upsell opportunities to the ops team You're a Great Fit If You Have 1+ years in exterior cleaning, landscaping, construction, or a similar tradeHave led a crew, or are ready to step up and do itShow up every day and set the exampleCan troubleshoot equipment and solve problems on siteHave a valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll drive company vans and tow trailers)Communicate well with customers and teammates What You'll Get $23–$25/hour plus tips and performance bonusesA path to crew supervisor and operations roles as we growFull-time hours with overtime opportunitiesTraining, PPE, and uniforms provided Want to lead, not just work?
