Lead Experience Artist

About the role

As a Lead Experience Artist, you will meet and interact with people from all over the world, showcasing the hotel, amenities, and surroundings. You will directly impact the guest experience and create memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Concierge and VIP operations
• Provide daily Concierge and Front Office operational support to ensure a memorable guest experience
• Meet and interact with people from all over the world
• Create memorable experiences for guests
• Provide excellent service for guests

Requirements

• Minimum two years' experience in hospitality operations
• Results-oriented with a focus on service excellence
• Attention to detail with a talent for multitasking
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• An effective communicator, team member, and collaborator
• Minimum of two years in hospitality operations and concierge experience and a proven record of delivering “best in class” customer interactions
• InforHMS Experience Preferred
• Proficient knowledge of computer applications
• Ability to sit/stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work on AM, PM, weekend, and holiday shifts as required by operational needs
