About the Role

As an Experience Artist, you will have the opportunity to meet and interact with people from all over the world! Our Experience Artist proudly showcases our hotel, amenities, and surroundings. The Experience Artist is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests' stay and have the ability to create memorable experiences for all our guests.

Responsibilities

• Create memorable experiences and provide excellent service for guests.
• Showcase the hotel, amenities, and surroundings to guests.
• Problem-solve and address guest needs with patience and empathy.

Requirements

• Minimum two years of concierge experience with a proven record of delivering “best in class” customer interactions.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time.
• Proficiency in learning and using hotel computer systems.
• Highly responsible, reliable, and results-oriented with a focus on service excellence.
• Attention to detail and talent for multitasking.
• Ability to work AM, PM, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.
