About the Role

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Fitness Forum, including staffing, methods of patient care delivery, and current practices in caring for Cardiac Rehab participants.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Fitness Forum
• Manage staffing and patient care delivery methods
• Coordinate cardiovascular rehabilitation services for patients

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in an allied health field such as exercise physiology (Required)

Work Experience

• 1 year of professional experience working within the medical fitness field (Required)
• Experience in the coordination of staff and delivery of cardiovascular rehabilitation services to patients (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• BCLS - Basic Life Support (Upon Hire, Required)
• ACLS (Upon Hire, Required)
• ACSM - Clinical Exercise Specialist Certification (Upon Hire, Required)
• Advanced Specialty in Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation of the American Physical Therapy Association (Upon Hire, Required)
• RN-BC - Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse (American Nurses Association Specialty certification in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Upon Hire, Required)
