Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary

Supervises the performance of and provides preliminary interpretation of diagnostic cardiac exercise and pharmacologic stress testing according to department policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in exercise physiology or similar science-based allied health curriculum.
  • Master’s Degree in exercise physiology or similar science-based allied health curriculum preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 6 month clinical internship in stress testing.
  • One (1) year clinical experience in stress testing preferred.
• Licensure, Certification, Registration: BSN, certified as ACSM Certified clinical exercise physiologist or eligible.
