Lead Executive Assistant
Qualifications
Education: Typically requires a high school education or equivalent.
Experience: Exceptional Calendar Management – manage priorities, not just the calendar such as travel, customer availability, tracking deliverables, holding leaders accountable, following up professionally, and removing obstacles.
Comfortable communicating with board members, customers, executive leadership team, and vendors
Proficient communication skills in writing and proofreading
Confidentiality - will have access to M&A discussions, compensation, talent reviews, succession planning, legal matters, organizational changes and board materials
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 10+ years supporting C-suite executives
- Experience supporting a President, COO, CEO, or CCO
- Experience in a $500M+ organization, ideally a public company
- Multi-site or national organization experience
- Experience coordinating board or executive leadership meetings
- Experience managing complex domestic and international travel
Responsibilities
Under general direction, provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals
Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and is capable of analyzing complex information requests and determining complex trends
