About the role
Own the front end of the service: turn SketchUp models, PDFs, and spec books into a scoped, costed bespoke package across the bespoke trades. You break drawing sets down line by line, price from machine time rather than markup, and hand engineering a number a factory can hold.
Requirements
- Deep familiarity with millwork, casegoods, metal, or stone estimating
- Fluent reading architects' sets at project scale
