Requirements
- Estimating Commercial projects ranging from $50,000 to $5 million
- Hard bid, negotiated, and design/build projects
- Ability to produce schematic estimates
- Detail cost estimates and takeoffs (including self-performed carpentry)
- Analyze subcontractor scopes and proposals
- Present and explain cost estimates and proposals to owners
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
- Computer skills in estimating software
- Work well with a team
- Strong communication and management skills desired
- Involved in the community

Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of experience with a General Contractor.
