Lead Esthetician/Sugarista/Waxing Trainer

Core Responsibilities

• Leading by example in professionalism, client care, teamwork, and service quality
• Training and supporting Sugaristas on services, protocols, client experience, product knowledge, and salon expectations
• Helping team members grow their confidence, technical skills, and ability to build strong client relationships
• Setting the tone for excellence in every client interaction, from warm greetings to expert service and personalized recommendations
• Creating a comfortable experience, especially for first-time clients or clients with sensitive skin
• Education clients on aftercare, products, packages, memberships, and add-on services that may benefit them
• Encouraging rebooking, membership sign-ups, add-on services, and retail sales through authentic client education and trust-building
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional treatment space
• Collaborating with the front desk and management team to ensure smooth operations and a consistent client experience
• Staying up to date on current promotions, packages, products, and services
• Communicating with the team regarding service changes, client needs, special requests, or opportunities for improvement
• Upholding all Oregon state esthetician license requirements and cleanliness standards
• Contributing to a positive, high-performing, team-oriented salon culture

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician in Oregon required
• Prior waxing or sugaring experience required
• Authorized to work in the United States required
• Evening and weekend availability required
• Strong communication, professionalism, and willingness to lead by example required
