Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform client consultations and administer HydraFacial, Neveskin, Jan Marini, and Hydropeptide services
• Build personalized skin health care plans and sell service packages and memberships
• Follow up proactively with leads, first-time clients, and lapsed members
• Cross-sell Restore modalities (IV therapy, HBOT, recovery services) to skin health clients
• Train and mentor supporting estheticians on new protocols, products, and client experience standards
• Attend monthly esthetician calls; relay updates and protocol changes to the team
• Manage treatment room inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
• Collaborate with the GM and marketing manager on campaigns, social content, and lead generation
• Maintain accurate client records, scheduling, and session documentation
• Contribute to front-of-house operations — tours, check-ins, client education — as needed

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: Licensed Esthetician, HydraFacial certified & experienced, 2 - 4 years esthetic experience with package sales, Proven book of business or client retention track record, Management or mentorship experience, Preferred: Advanced Esthetic License, Neveskin certified or experienced, Social media content creation experience
