About the role
Restore Hyper Wellness Rock Hill is a full-spectrum wellness destination offering advanced recovery, medical-grade IV therapy, and a growing skin health division built around HydraFacial, Neveskin, and clinical facial services. We have an established clientele, a strong membership base, and a leadership team that operates like a performance organization, not a spa. We're looking for an experienced esthetician who is ready to step into ownership of a department — one who brings an existing book of business mindset, thrives on building client relationships, and has the drive to grow top-line revenue through strategic care plans, follow-up systems, and referral momentum.
What You'll Own
- Revenue growth – Drive skin health sales through care plans, packages, and membership upsell — with commission on every dollar you generate.
- Client relationships – Build and maintain your own book of business. Re-engage past clients, follow up on leads, and create loyal members — not one-time visits.
- Team leadership – Coach and mentor supporting estheticians. Own protocol training, treatment room standards, and staff evaluations alongside the management team.
- Marketing & visibility – Collaborate on social media content and campaigns. Your expertise becomes our brand voice for skin health — you're the face of this division.
Responsibilities
- Perform client consultations and administer HydraFacial, Neveskin, Jan Marini, and Hydropeptide services
- Build personalized skin health care plans and sell service packages and memberships
- Follow up proactively with leads, first-time clients, and lapsed members
- Cross-sell Restore modalities (IV therapy, HBOT, recovery services) to skin health clients
- Train and mentor supporting estheticians on new protocols, products, and client experience standards
- Attend monthly esthetician calls; relay updates and protocol changes to the team
- Manage treatment room inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with the GM and marketing manager on campaigns, social content, and lead generation
- Maintain accurate client records, scheduling, and session documentation
- Contribute to front-of-house operations — tours, check-ins, client education — as needed
