Responsibilities
- Instructs, directs, and checks the work of programmer/analyst personnel.
- Provides technical leadership to project development, system maintenance, and system support activities.
- Provides advice and leadership to other technical resources.
- Programs modifications and enhancements to the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application.
- Performs customizations to the application software, including design, code changes, application interface modifications, and report development.
- Maintains system integrity by ensuring applications are enhanced and modified through approved version control and change management procedures throughout the production life cycle.
- Develops and maintains application and user documentation for assigned applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- 5 years with PeopleSoft utilities, Process Scheduler/Monitor, Data mover, Import Manager and upgrades.
- 5 years programming experience with PeopleSoft HCM in a production environment.
- 1 year experience working in a healthcare/hospital environment.
Qualifications
- Relational technology experience.
- SQL experience.
- UNIX experience.

- ADP Workforce Manager.
- Employee and Manager Self Service.
- ePerformance.
