Lead ERP Programmer HCM

Responsibilities

• Instructs, directs, and checks the work of programmer/analyst personnel.
• Provides technical leadership to project development, system maintenance, and system support activities.
• Provides advice and leadership to other technical resources.
• Programs modifications and enhancements to the PeopleSoft Human Capital Management application.
• Performs customizations to the application software, including design, code changes, application interface modifications, and report development.
• Maintains system integrity by ensuring applications are enhanced and modified through approved version control and change management procedures throughout the production life cycle.
• Develops and maintains application and user documentation for assigned applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree Required or Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• 5 years with PeopleSoft utilities, Process Scheduler/Monitor, Data mover, Import Manager and upgrades.
• 5 years programming experience with PeopleSoft HCM in a production environment.
• 1 year experience working in a healthcare/hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Relational technology experience.
• SQL experience.
• UNIX experience.

• ADP Workforce Manager.
