About the role
The Lead Erection Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the erection and installation of scaffolding structures. They ensure safety protocols are followed and that all work is completed according to project specifications.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the erection and dismantling of scaffolding structures
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and procedures
- Coordinate with other trades to ensure seamless project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Train and mentor new employees on safety and operational procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding erection and dismantling
- Valid OSHA 30 certification
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations

- Proficiency in scaffolding design and installation

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
