Responsibilities
- Operate all equipment owned by the Mountain Operations for street and utility repair, maintenance, snow removal and construction of facilities.
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on all equipment used e.g. checking fluids, functional components, cleaning, tire changing, plow maintenance, broom/brush replacement, etc.
- Act as project planner and shift lead over employees to identify a variety of unscheduled, unplanned projects to include suggested solutions planning and execution in absence of Lead or Team Lead.
- Pick up and deliver a variety of materials such as topsoil, road use, asphalt, water and other building materials.
- Perform landscape maintenance activities such as watering, stake removal / installation, pruning and irrigation maintenance.
- Perform un-skilled and semi-skilled and skilled labor in support of normal work activities such as using shovels, rakes, jackhammers, power tools, mowers, weed whips, etc.
- Responsible for accurately recording work time sheets to ensure proper allocation and recording of all equipment, material and personnel time costs.
- Attend Company training classes as required for position.
- Perform other duties as required and may be assigned.
Requirements
- A clean driving record
- Minimum of 5 years heavy equipment experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent - required
- Able to read, write, speak, understand and comprehend English fluently - required
- Able to lift and carry 50 lbs. - required
- Able to work in outdoors in an alpine environment
Qualifications
- Valid Class B CDL license - preferred

Pay
The expected pay range is $22.96/hr - $30.61/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
