Lead Environmental Services Tech

About the role

Cleans and maintains assigned area(s) to meet customer and client satisfaction and may be responsible for oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the custodial services operation.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all patients, visitors, and staff.
• Oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the custodial services operation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to two years' experience in Environmental Services.
• Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively.
• Ability to apply elementary math functions.
• Ability to work well under time constraints.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Basic knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions and work independently after appropriate training and instruction.

Qualifications

• Essential: High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent.
• Nonessential: Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 1 Year Staff Level.

Skills

• Effective communication (verbal and written).

• Understanding of infection control procedures and universal precautions.
