Lead Environmental Services EVS Worker (Overnight) Glenbrook Hospital at Endeavor Health
- .
- Qualifications: list of requirements (multiple sentences). Convert to
- .
- Education: heading but no content? After Qualifications there is "Education About Aramark". Likely the "Education" heading is empty then "About Aramark" content. Since Education has no specific content, we should not include Education section.
- About Aramark: mission etc. This is company description, not required but could be considered "About the role"? Actually "About Aramark" is generic company info, not specific to role. According to instructions, we should remove boilerplate/legal/EEO etc. "About Aramark" is generic marketing, maybe we can include as a section? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." It didn't forbid including About Aramark if it's substantive. However typical job postings include "About the company" but not required. The instruction says: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." So they expect those headings. "About Aramark" is not in the list; but we could treat as "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading we could use for the introductory paragraph describing the role. That seems appropriate. Thus sections: - About the role: intro paragraph (Job Description first sentence). - Responsibilities: list of duties. - Requirements/Qualifications: we have Qualifications list. Could also include Requirements (maybe same). We'll use "Qualifications" heading. - Benefits: benefits paragraph. - Pay: compensation paragraph (pay rate). Could also include Shift info? Pay section includes pay rate and shift/weekend pay. We'll include Pay. - Schedule: shift and weekend availability info. Could be separate Schedule section. We also have Location and Employment Type etc. Could be folded into a short p under About the role or separate? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include location, employment type, shift in a short p maybe under About the role or separate. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application window, etc. We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must preserve all substantive information. Let's extract substantive info: Intro: "The Environmental Services Worker Lead provides work leadership to hourly employees in completion of their job duties in Aramark Facility Services areas of responsibility during the event and will also perform hands-on work." Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight) Availability: Candidates Must be Available to Work Rotating Weekends and Holidays Pay Rate: $18.25 p/h + Shift and Weekend Pay, if applicable. Location: Glenbrook Hospital Compensation: same as pay rate but we can combine. Benefits: as described. Responsibilities list (need to bullet each sentence). Let's list them: - Assists management and supervisors at beginning and end of shift with sign-in, supplies, equipment sign out and sign in - Assist shift operation in the preparation and delivery of supplies necessary to help ensure all employees' needs are met - May need to perform overall assessment of public restrooms and on-call rooms - Adheres to all departmental sanitation procedures - Report all employee issues (safety, injuries, and disciplinary) - Supervises all staff assignments to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services - Responsible for formulating action plans to correct inefficiencies and quality discrepancies - Assists in employee training, coaching, and motivation - Maintains an accurate record keeping system for quality control systems - Adheres to all established systems and training programs to provide a safe working environment - Complies with all OSHA regulations and other local, state, and federal government regulations - Maintains compliance with Aramark's standards of operation and client contract - Maintains all records and reports necessary to comply with Aramark, government, and accrediting agency standards, regulations, and codes - At Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. In order to meet our commitments, job duties may change or new ones may be assigned without formal notice. Qualifications list: - Requires 1-2 years of experience in environmental services - Ability to communicate (both verbal and written) effectively - Ability to apply elementary math functions - Ability to work well under time constraints - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed, but uninvolved written or oral instructions - Basic knowledge of infection control procedures and universal precautions and work independently after appropriate training and instruction - Maintain a friendly and efficient service attitude towards customers, co-workers, and clients Education: none. About Aramark: mission etc. Could be included as "About the company" but not required. Since we have limited sections, maybe we omit to keep few substantive sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Including About Aramark adds another section; but it's substantive. However the list of suggested headings does not include About the company. Might be okay but we could incorporate into About the role? Probably better to omit as it's generic. Thus final HTML:

We could also include Schedule section: shift and weekend availability. But we already included shift in About the role. Could create Schedule section: "Shift: 3rd Shift (Overnight). Candidates must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays." However we already placed that in About the role. To avoid duplication, maybe we move schedule to its own section and keep About the role shorter. Let's restructure: About the role: just the introductory sentence about work leadership. Then separate sections: Schedule, Pay, Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications. We must not repeat job title as heading. Let's decide: We'll have About the role (intro), Schedule, Pay,
