About the role
In this role you will be responsible for the overall production support of voice engineering applications in a variety of languages using a diverse toolset. You will drive exceptional services to CVS Health Clients through a dedicated team of advisers responsible for identifying ways to continuously improve on the services provided to clients and providing communication and updates to senior leaders. As a key member of the Production Support Services team, you will partner with our Business and Account Management team and our internal IT teams to lead and support the services we deliver to our external clients. You will serve as the single point of contact between the business and technical teams and monitor and provide status of production issues.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for voice engineering applications in a large-scale and diverse environment.
- Develop and implement AI solutions for automating and eliminating production issues.
- Apply SRE concepts and implementation to improve system reliability.
- Manage Incident, Request, and Change processes.
- Develop and debug full-stack applications, including Fullstack, Java, Cloud Technologies, IVR Systems, AngularJS, ASP.net, C#, or VB.net.
- Work with Backend Webservices and Windows Services.
- Utilize Version Control and Build Tools such as TFS and GitHub.
- Monitor systems using observability tools like Splunk, AppD, DynaTrace, and DataDog.
- Manage workload automation and enterprise job scheduling using tools like ActiveBatch.
- Apply ITIL disciplines to support IT service management.
- Engage in all aspects of the software development process, including coding, systems and data analysis, testing, and operations.
- Support Salesforce platform suite, including AgentForce for AI-based solution support.
- Facilitate communication between technical and business teams, often across multiple functional departments.
- Debug complex system problems spanning the entire hosting stack (application, server, communication channels, networking components, etc.).
Requirements
- 7+ years of production support experience in a large-scale and diverse environment.
- Hands-on experience providing AI solutions for automating and eliminating production issues.
- Hands-on experience with SRE concepts and implementation.
- Experience in Incident, Request, and Change Management.
- Hands-on experience developing and debugging full-stack applications.
- Experience with Fullstack, Java, Cloud Technologies, IVR Systems, AngularJS, ASP.net, C#, or VB.net.
- Experience with Backend Webservices and Windows Services.
- Experience with Version Control/Build Tools: TFS and GitHub.
- Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, AppD, DynaTrace, DataDog, etc.
- Experience with ActiveBatch or similar Workload Automation and Enterprise Job Scheduling.
- ITIL Qualified with expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
- Experience with all aspects of the software development process including coding, systems, data analysis, testing, and operations.
- Experience with the Salesforce platform suite, including AgentForce for AI-based solution support.
- 10-20% travel required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- High degree of self-motivation to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate meetings with both technical and business audiences.
- Demonstrated understanding of various technologies (.Net, C#, MQ, Java/J2EE, etc.).
- Experience with major database management systems, e.g., DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server.
- Expertise in Log4Net, Signal, AltSoft, Castle, XEngine, irAuthor, inRule, DevExpress, WinForms, BizTalk, Elastic Search, Kibana, SSIS, and SSRS.
- Experience creatively debugging complex system problems spanning the entire hosting stack.
- Demonstrated successful completion of technical projects.
- Demonstrated proficiency working on all phases of SDLC.
- Healthcare, PBM, Medicare, or Med D experience preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Pay
The typical pay range for this role is $101,970.00 - $203,940.00. This pay range represents the base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
