Lead End User Computing (EUC) Engineer

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will partner with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality. The position offers the opportunity to create measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve enterprise endpoint management platforms
• Design and optimize Windows imaging and provisioning processes
• Manage compliance and security through patching strategies
• Support Microsoft Intune and Mobile Device Management initiatives
• Enhance the digital workplace through engineering and automation
• Develop automation solutions using PowerShell
• Collaborate with MSPs for operational excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 6-10+ years in End User Computing or Desktop Engineering roles
• Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies
• Experience in enterprise-scale global environments
• Proven troubleshooting skills across endpoint and VDI platforms

Pay

$137,200 – $167,700 annually
