Lead E.V.S. - Full Time - Mid Shift - 8hr FPH

About the Role

Responsible for coordinating efforts of the Environmental Services staff to complete housekeeping schedules and meet special needs that arise during the shift when supervisors are not scheduled for work in the facility. Successfully completes all tasks and schedules given by the EVS supervisor to produce a sterile, clean, and healthy environment at CVHP. The EVS aide will clean areas that may contain IV solutions and medications as part of their normal cleaning responsibilities and is trained to keep secured areas secure upon entering and leaving.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Environmental Services staff to complete housekeeping schedules.
• Address special needs that arise during the shift.
• Complete tasks and schedules assigned by the EVS supervisor to maintain a sterile, clean, and healthy environment.
• Clean areas containing IV solutions and medications, ensuring security protocols are followed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One to two years of experience as an EVS worker required.
• Ability to understand basic chemical-mixing instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Pay

$24.15 - $36.23 per hour.
