Responsibilities

• Communicate with office staff and customers
• Deliver a high-quality experience to the customer
• Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing
• Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions
• Collect payment using the provided web-based tools
• Manage materials and tools inventory
• As the team grows: Lead and mentor crew members on job sites
• Train technicians on proper techniques and safety

Requirements

• Must speak English
• Hands-on drywall experience with proven leadership abilities
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods
• Possess a growth mindset and be willing to learn the Hole In The Wall way!
