Lead Drywall Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor technicians in the field
• Perform drywall repair, installation, texture matching, finishing and painting
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every job
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and to company standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and office staff
• Train team members on proper techniques, workmanship, and safety practices
• Inspect completed work and maintain quality control
• Manage jobsite materials, tools, and equipment
• Help maintain a positive team culture built on professionalism, accountability, and respect

Requirements

• 3–5 years of drywall finishing and repair experience
• Leadership experience or a desire to grow into a leadership role
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual is a plus
