Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor crew members on job sites
• Perform drywall installation, repair, and finishing
• Ensure quality workmanship and project timelines
• Communicate with customers and office staff
• Manage materials and tools inventory
• Train technicians on proper techniques and safety
• Inspect completed work for quality assurance
• Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions

Requirements

• Hands-on drywall finishing experience with proven leadership abilities
• Strong knowledge of drywall materials, tools, and installation methods
• Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
