Lead Director, Part-D FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead management reporting and financial consolidation for Medicare Part D
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams
• Perform in-depth financial analysis including variance and trend analysis
• Provide actionable financial recommendations for senior leadership
• Foster a high-performing team with clear priorities and accountabilities
• Design and implement process improvements
• Communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Qualifications

• 10+ years of finance, consulting, or healthcare experience
• 5+ years of experience with Medicare Part D
• 2+ years managing cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Pay

$100,000 – $231,540 annually
