Lead Director - FP&A

Responsibilities

• Support annual operating plans and rolling forecasts for CSS capital
• Manage monthly capital reporting including spend and variance analysis
• Prepare capital submissions per enterprise planning standards
• Deliver executive summaries and Investment Committee materials monthly
• Establish metrics to measure benefits from capital investments
• Develop multi-year ROI frameworks linking costs to outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance financial linkages

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A or Corporate Finance experience with capital planning exposure
• Ability to create executive-level reports and simplify complex data
• Prowess in influencing skills across matrixed organizations
• Advanced skills in financial planning software, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel finance modeling
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

Pay

$100,000 – $231,540 annually
