Lead Director Finance Analytics

About the role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple analytics teams through Senior Managers
• Set strategy, priorities, and performance expectations for analytics delivery
• Develop and coach analytics leaders and team members
• Serve as the primary analytics partner for PS Finance leadership
• Drive the evolution of analytics capabilities, like AI-powered insights
• Establish standards and processes for analytics work
• Represent the analytics function in leadership meetings

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or related field
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing analytics teams
• Proven success partnering with VP-level or executive stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics
• Experience leading multiple analytics teams across diverse focuses
