Responsibilities

  • Own Finance Reporting & Dashboards – Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into business performance.

  • Define & Govern Metrics – Establish and maintain finance-related KPI definitions, business logic, and data standards, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams and markets.

  • Deliver Actionable Insights – Analyze performance trends, identify drivers of business results, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.

  • Manage Ad Hoc Analytics – Partner with stakeholders across the organization to answer complex business questions through data analysis and reporting.

  • Ensure Data Accuracy & Integrity – Act as Finance's steward of data quality by identifying anomalies, validating reporting outputs, and driving alignment on financial metrics and definitions.

  • Partner Across Functions – Work closely with U.S.-based teams and market leaders to understand reporting needs, prioritize analytics initiatives, and support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • 8+ Years of Experience in Finance Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Data Analytics – You have built and managed reporting solutions that support business performance, planning, and decision-making.

  • Analytical Curiosity – The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where questions are often ambiguous and insights must be generated from complex data sets.

  • Cross-Functional Influence – A track record of partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to align on metrics, solve problems, and drive better decisions through data.

  • Data & Reporting Expertise – You understand dashboard development, KPI design, data governance, reporting automation, and performance measurement best practices.

  • Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Experience working with large datasets, SQL, reporting automation, and metric governance.

  • Business & Finance Acumen – You can connect financial performance, operational drivers, and business outcomes, translating data into actionable recommendations.

Skills

  • BI Tools – Proficiency in Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.

  • Data Analysis – Strong skills in analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights.

  • Reporting Automation – Experience with reporting automation tools.

  • Data Governance – Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.

  • Performance Measurement – Experience in performance measurement and decision support.

Pay

The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 per year.

Schedule

This role is based in our Palo Alto office. We work together onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
