Finance Analytics Lead

Responsibilities
Own Finance Reporting & Dashboards – Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into business performance.
Define & Govern Metrics – Establish and maintain finance-related KPI definitions, business logic, and data standards, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams and markets.
Deliver Actionable Insights – Analyze performance trends, identify drivers of business results, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Manage Ad Hoc Analytics – Partner with stakeholders across the organization to answer complex business questions through data analysis and reporting.
Ensure Data Accuracy & Integrity – Act as Finance's steward of data quality by identifying anomalies, validating reporting outputs, and driving alignment on financial metrics and definitions.
Partner Across Functions – Work closely with U.S.-based teams and market leaders to understand reporting needs, prioritize analytics initiatives, and support data-driven decision making.
Requirements
8+ Years of Experience in Finance Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Data Analytics – You have built and managed reporting solutions that support business performance, planning, and decision-making.
Analytical Curiosity – The ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where questions are often ambiguous and insights must be generated from complex data sets.
Cross-Functional Influence – A track record of partnering with business leaders and stakeholders to align on metrics, solve problems, and drive better decisions through data.
Data & Reporting Expertise – You understand dashboard development, KPI design, data governance, reporting automation, and performance measurement best practices.
Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Experience working with large datasets, SQL, reporting automation, and metric governance.

Pay
The base pay range for this role is $150,000 – $200,000 per year.
Schedule
This role is based in our Palo Alto office. We work together onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
