Lead Director - (Architecture) Solution Engineering (AI/ML - GenAI)

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of architects in solution engineering for the PBM organization
• Provide technology leadership and guidance to ensure adherence to PSS Architecture principles
• Lead architecture design reviews and recommend changes
• Drive modernization opportunities within the Architecture community
• Coach and guide App Dev and Technology Services teams
• Lead proofs-of-concept and technology assessments
• Assist app development teams with technical challenges in strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• 10+ years of design/development experience
• 8+ years in leadership and management roles
• Expertise in Application and Integration Architecture, Domain Driven Design, Security, and Automation
• In-depth knowledge of APIs and microservices architecture
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML, including GenAI
• In-depth knowledge of major public cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS)
• Experience with technologies like Apache Kafka for legacy integration

Pay

$144,200 – $288,400 annually
