AI Solution Architect - Lead

Responsibilities

• Architect and lead end-to-end delivery of AI solutions using Agile and DevOps practices, overseeing planning, development, testing, and deployment with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive AI strategy through proofs of concept and pilots, guiding solutions into production environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, shaping roadmaps and evaluating emerging AI technologies.
• Develop advanced automation patterns, including RAG, multi-agent systems, and scalable workflows, embedding security and responsible AI principles.
• Establish standards for architecture, documentation, deployment, and monitoring, mentoring engineering teams to foster innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 5 years of experience leading complex technology solutions and architecture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Expertise in cloud-native architecture on Microsoft Azure, AI-driven and data architectures, including GenAI and agent-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of full-stack systems, APIs, and data integration, with pragmatic architectural decision-making skills.
• Proven leadership in technical teams and stakeholder influence, with excellent communication abilities.
• Ability to travel and authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
