Lead Director, Actuarial Cred - Medicaid

This role supports financial discipline around P&L visibility, margin improvement, and business performance in the healthcare space. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation, influencing enterprise performance and scalable financial operations.

Responsibilities

• Achieve profitability and membership goals through strategic contributions
• Enable Network Market leaders to drive performance analysis at a market level
• Participate actively in state-specific RFP conversations
• Identify core issues and leverage networks for solutions while rationalizing data points
• Form opinions based on logic with a willingness to adapt to new ideas
• Facilitate a team environment of trust to foster collaboration and idea sharing
• Influence resources to complete projects effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of actuarial and/or health insurance experience
• ASA or FSA certification required
• 6+ years of advanced Microsoft Office experience
• Experience leading and influencing others is preferred
• Strong experience in a Medicaid environment is highly desired

Pay

$144,200 – $288,400 annually
