Lead Director, Business Performance ( Medicaid)

For our client, we are seeking a Lead Director, Business Performance ( Medicaid) to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will guide the reporting and performance management strategy for Medicaid-related initiatives, turning complex data into clear insights for executives and operating partners. The role will focus on building governance, scorecards, and analytics that help drive stronger program outcomes, service delivery, and decision-making. This person will work closely with business leaders and cross-functional partners to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement across the Medicaid organization.
