Lead Dental Assistant
Responsibilities
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments for orthodontic procedures.
- Absorb and assist the doctor with patient treatment, positioning instruments, and handling orthodontic appliances.
- Educate patients on treatment plans, post-procedure care, and oral hygiene.
- Manage patient scheduling and assist with front-office tasks as needed.
- Support dentists and staff with treatment planning, billing, and insurance matters.
- Ensure accurate submission of expenses and invoices.
- Maintain office inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Address patient and employee concerns professionally.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- Must have at least 1 years of hands on experience.
- Strong organizational and problem solving-skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly pay $22-26.
- $3,000 sign on bonus for qualified candidates.
- Full time: Monday through Thursday from 8:00AM - 5:00 PM and Friday from 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
