Lead Deck Carpenter

We're looking for an experienced lead carpenter to run deck and outdoor structure builds in the Springfield area. Immediate start available. This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee. Responsibilities
- Lead framing and finish work on custom decks, porches, and pergolas
- Work from engineered and stamped plans, build to code, pass inspections
- Set posts, beams, joists, decking, railing, and stairs
- Run a small crew and keep the job moving
Requirements
- 5+ years carpentry experience, deck or residential framing
- Able to read plans and lay out a complex build without hand-holding
- Own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Shows up on time and communicates when something changes

Pay
Compensation: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
