Senior Decision Analysts are responsible for delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard reports to senior bank leadership. These reports provide insights into portfolio performance, helping to guide strategic decisions.
Ownership Over Ad-Hoc Analysis/Insights Needed to Grow Huntington’s Digital Reach
The role involves taking ownership of ad-hoc analyses and insights aimed at expanding Huntington’s digital footprint. This includes identifying new opportunities and driving initiatives that enhance digital engagement and customer experience.
Identify and Lead Opportunities to Standardize Across Business Lines and Improve Coding Practices and Analytical Techniques
- Identify areas where standardized processes can be implemented to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Lead efforts to refine coding practices and analytical techniques, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across different business lines.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide data support and analysis to help define strategy and tactics to meet portfolio goals.
- Partner with leadership and product managers to use critical thinking, data definition, and advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems and make recommendations.
- Analyze data to create meaningful insights and effectively visualize these insights for a variety of audiences.
- Present analytical findings to non-technical decision-makers to guide business decisions.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics/data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in database querying with SQL.
- Strong knowledge and working experience in data manipulation tools such as R, or Python.
- Experience presenting analytical findings to a non-technical audience to guide business decision-making.
- Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D., JD, etc.) preferred.
- Experience working with data mining models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, including machine learning, statistics, and text mining techniques.
- Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau.
- Experience with AWS Sagemaker and Athena.
- Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Experienced in agentic AI coding tools.

Compensation Range
The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
