KPIs & Standard Reporting Delivered to Senior Bank Leadership

Senior Decision Analysts are responsible for delivering key performance indicators (KPIs) and standard reports to senior bank leadership. These reports provide insights into portfolio performance and strategic initiatives.

Ownership Over Ad-Hoc Analysis/Insights Needed to Grow Huntington’s Digital Reach

The Senior Decision Analysts will own the development and delivery of ad-hoc analyses and insights aimed at enhancing digital reach. This includes identifying and leveraging opportunities to expand digital offerings and improve customer engagement.

Identify and Lead Opportunities to Standardize Across Business Lines and Improve Coding Practices and Analytical Techniques

• Identify and implement standardized processes and tools to streamline data analysis across different business lines.
• Lead efforts to improve coding practices and analytical techniques, ensuring consistency and efficiency in data-driven decision-making.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, mathematical disciplines, finance, economics, or other technical degree.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics/data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in database querying with SQL.
• Strong knowledge and working experience in data manipulation tools such as R, or Python.
• Experience presenting analytical findings to a non-technical audience to guide business decision-making.
• Advanced degree (Master's, Ph.D., JD, etc.) preferred.
• Experience working with data mining models, structures, theories, principles, and practices, including machine learning, statistics, and text mining techniques.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau.
• Experience with AWS Sagemaker and Athena.
• Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
• Experience with agentic AI coding tools.

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this position is $93,000.00 - $189,000.00 USD annually. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education.
