- Lead the design and development of end-to-end reporting and analytics solutions.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to enable data ingestion, enrichment, and transformation.
- Design and implement data ingestion processes, including handling user-managed files such as Excel.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with engineering and supply chain teams to define and refine data requirements.
- Translate complex technical data into clear insights for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and timely delivery of all reporting outputs.

Bachelor's degree preferred. 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or Data Engineer. Strong proficiency in SQL and Python. Expertise with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization. Experience with Data Lakehouse platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, etc.). Experience working within supply chain or manufacturing environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical insights for business leaders. Strong problem-solving ability and business acumen.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for data workflows. Background in sports analytics or event-based reporting. Experience collaborating across global, cross-functional teams. Ability to showcase prior visualization projects via a public portfolio (e.g., Tableau Public).
