LEAD Data Analyst

About the role

Lead end-to-end delivery of data warehouse initiatives in a complex enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable project plans.
• Design, implement, and maintain advanced data models and data mapping solutions.
• Oversee and perform ETL processes using tools like Informatica.
• Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and integrity across multiple systems.
• Conduct and support comprehensive testing (unit, integration, UAT, performance).
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact data solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and peers, promoting best practices.
• Drive continuous process improvement and optimize system performance.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture standards.
• Independently manage large-scale projects and multiple priorities from analysis to delivery.

Skills

• Leverage deep knowledge of SQL, relational databases, cloud environments (especially AWS), and P&C insurance domains.
