Lead Custodian / Housekeeper

About the role

The Lead Custodian/Housekeeper independently delivers comprehensive custodial and housekeeping services for campus facilities while training, supervising, and supporting a team of custodians or housekeepers.

Responsibilities

• Ensures consistent cleanliness standards through the safe and effective use of a variety of chemicals, cleaning appliances, tools, and equipment.
• Responsible for the training, supervision, and support of a team of custodians or housekeepers.
• Able to accurately read, understand, and follow written instructions and materials, as well as apply basic math and computer skills in the performance of job responsibilities.

Requirements

• 12 months custodial experience.
• Valid Oklahoma driver's license required to drive university vehicles or ability to obtain within 30 days from hire date.

Benefits

• Work Schedule: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-7am.

Pay

Pay Range: Targeted salary up to $15.50 per hour, depending on experience.
