Role Overview The position provides leadership for the branch alongside the Branch Manager and/or Assistant Branch Manager, ensuring high-quality member service and compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities Support and train branch staff to deliver excellent member service and meet goals.Assist members with transactions, account management, loan applications, and IRA documentation in a professional manner.Contribute to sales efforts by evaluating member needs and cross-selling products and services.Troubleshoot and work across multiple systems, maintaining knowledge of policies and regulations.Support branch strategy to achieve goals, ensure policy adherence, and facilitate effective communication with leadership. Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED.Minimum of 2 years in customer service or related fields.Experience in consumer lending and financial services sales.Strong leadership, customer service, and confidentiality skills.
